What you will do

  • Work effectively to match hirify.global’s talent scaling needs.
  • Collaborate with TA Leadership on support required for team success.
  • Create a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
  • Improve timing between first Recruiter call and offer.
  • Track, analyze, and report on hiring progress to business leadership.
  • Proactively improve and initiate creative changes to the recruiting strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organization.
  • Experience as a GTM recruiter hiring GTM profiles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, etc).
  • Ability to improve and ensure high-quality in alignment with the role.
  • Track record in a high-pace hiring environment with a focus on deliverables.
  • Aligned to hirify.global's values and interested in finding the best talent in the world.
  • Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion, hiring in new locations.
  • Experience in working and optimizing a Talent Acquisition stack (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime etc).
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English, to engage with a global talent pool.
