• Improve recruitment timelines and processes continuously.
• Track and report hiring metrics to business leadership regularly.
• Advocate for hirify.global work values and diversity in hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in EMEA region
• Experience in technical recruitment for engineering profiles in startups or scale-ups.
• Ability to manage high-volume applications and maintain quality hiring pipelines.
• Strong English communication skills for global talent engagement.
• Passion for diversity, inclusion, and excellent candidate experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Talent Acquisition tools like Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime.
• Experience working in asynchronous, hirify.global environments.
