Director of Business Development (SaaS): Leading strategic initiatives and business development at with an accent on evolving the company’s offerings and driving monetization strategies. Focus on facilitating company-level strategy processes, managing M&A activities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Location: This is primarily an on-site role at HQ in Stockholm.

What you will do
- Facilitate and drive ’s company-level strategy processes.
- Lead business model development, including monetization strategy and pricing.
- Own the M&A process and evaluate strategic partnerships.
- Conduct research on markets, customers, and competitors.
- Track shifts in technology and customer behavior to shape future strategy.
- Act as the Line Manager for the Business Development team.
Requirements
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in strategy & business development.
- Hands-on experience with M&A processes.
- Previous leadership experience with a proven ability to lead teams.
- Strong understanding of monetization and pricing in SaaS contexts.
- Excellent presentation skills and analytical mindset.
