WFM/Data Analyst

WFM/Data Analyst: Delivering actionable insights, dashboards, and tools to enable operational efficiency for the Search News (Hot Events) team with an accent on analyzing data, monitoring workforce performance, and ensuring adherence to productivity standards. Focus on identifying data needs and delivering data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 1-2 days a week in a client or hirify.global office in Sao Paulo, SP

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
• Perform trend analysis and generate insights to improve team performance and workflows.
• Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of productivity and KPIs.
• Develop automated reports to track progress and identify gaps.
• Partner with Team Leads and QAs to identify data needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Upper Intermediate English.
• Background in workforce management and data analysis, including KPI tracking and productivity monitoring.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques for reporting and automation.

Nice to have

• Background in automation scripting (Python, R) for reporting and dashboard optimization.
• Familiarity with workforce planning tools and SLA compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Spanish (Desirable)
