What you will do

• Create buy-in for product vision internally and with external partners.
• Identify product gaps and generate ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience.
• Define product strategy and roadmap, translating them into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and resource optimization.
• Drive product launches working with executives and product teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as Product Manager in iGaming/Gambling industry with social casino experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle.
• Technical background with understanding or hands-on software development and web technologies.
• Data analytics and market/competitive analysis skills.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of online casino operations.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling regulations (MGA, SGA, DGA).
