What you will do

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the talent market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• English: B2 required
• Must be based in Utrecht, Netherlands
