What you will do

• Design and continuously improve a personalized, tech-driven candidate journey.
• Create authentic storytelling content, including videos, blogs, and employee stories to bring the Employer Brand to life.
• Develop and run target-group campaigns specifically for tech, data, and digital profiles.
• Manage and optimize the career website's content, structure, and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and conversion rates using dashboards to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to turn local successes into scalable global best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding within large, complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of the candidate journey and how content/channels influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in working with data and insights to optimize recruitment outcomes.
• Clear communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on the candidate perspective.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in The Hague, Netherlands.
