Talent Lead (Recruiting)

Talent Lead (Recruiting): Managing recruitment oversight, account management, and contractor lifecycles for a dedicated MSP client in the STEM and energy sector with an accent on supplier engagement and compliance with Dutch labor laws. Focus on delivering high-quality technical professionals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Location: Hybrid in The Hague. Must be fluent in Dutch and English. Must be able to travel to client location close to The Hague.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client hiring teams, project leads, and stakeholders.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering, technical, HSE, and project control roles.
• Oversee the complete contractor lifecycle from onboarding to assignment close-out.
• Ensure full compliance with Dutch labor legislation, tax rules, and GDPR/AVG standards.
• Coordinate the onboarding and performance of vendor agencies within the MSP framework.
• Generate performance reports on fill rates, time-to-hire, and workforce forecasts.

Requirements

• Proven background in recruitment, service delivery, or MSP environments.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to travel to client location close to The Hague.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law and GDPR/AVG.
• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience within the energy sector is strongly preferred.
