What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles within the Netherlands and across Europe.
- Partner with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor, providing recruitment guidance and market insights.
- Proactively source candidates using direct sourcing techniques and appropriate channels.
- Ensure a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with global Talent Attraction and HR teams to improve regional and global initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor legislation and global HR standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch language is required.
- Proven experience in direct sourcing, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment delivery within the Dutch labor market.
- Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, multinational organization.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German language.
- Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience working with Works Councils.
