Location: Hybrid working model in Dordrecht, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles within the Netherlands and across Europe.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor, providing recruitment guidance and market insights.
  • Proactively source candidates using direct sourcing techniques and appropriate channels.
  • Ensure a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience aligned with company standards.
  • Collaborate with global Talent Attraction and HR teams to improve regional and global initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labor legislation and global HR standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch language is required.
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing, either in-house or within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment delivery within the Dutch labor market.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, multinational organization.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German language.
  • Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience working with Works Councils.
