Human Resources Intern

TL;DR

Human Resources Intern: Participate in a wide range of HR, L&D and Recruitment projects and initiatives with an accent on project management, execution, and collaboration across departments. Focus on taking ownership of initiatives, connecting ideas, and contributing to the HR team's success.

Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam: willing to be in the office at least 3 times a week. Must be registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University.

Salary: €375 per month (full-time 40 hours).

What you will do

• Manage HR, L&D and/or Recruitment projects and initiatives independently and in a team.
• Support execution of HR projects agenda for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
• Connect input, brainstorm ideas, and take ownership of projects.
• Contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

Requirements

• Available for internship starting September/October 2026 for 5-6 months, 32-40 hours per week.
• Willing to be in the office at least 3 times a week in Rotterdam.
• Registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University; studying HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business or similar (HBO/WO level).
• Experience in leading and executing projects (including study projects).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Dutch is a plus).
• Communicative, socially skilled, hands-on, independent, accurate, team player with interest in project-based work.
