What you will do
- Own and drive the Quality & Reliability Program including proactive and reactive quality practices and cultural expectations
- Lead cross-functional programs across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Customer Success
- Manage Production Readiness Review process ensuring releases meet reliability standards
- Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and reliability metrics
- Improve incident management processes and tooling
- Collaborate to scale tooling, automation, and observability capabilities
Requirements
- Must be located in the US for remote work
- 8+ years program management experience with 3+ years in technical reliability or quality domains
- Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and reliability engineering
- Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, deployment automation, observability, and incident management tools
- Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs and drive measurable outcomes
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without formal authority
