What you will do

• Build and extend firmware emulations and SoC component models for various architectures.
• Integrate and verify protocols and services, providing synthetic sensor data for testing.
• Optimize boot time, runtime performance, and stability of emulated environments.
• Create tooling and automation scripts; integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and support lab and R&D users by reproducing and resolving issues.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Chungho, Taiwan.
• BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent experience with strong C/C++ skills.
• 5+ years experience in firmware development or emulation.
• Solid Linux development and debugging skills; knowledge of virtualization fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation; experience with Git and CI workflows.
• Background in embedded firmware/OS development and system management protocols.

Nice to have

• Reverse engineering experience.
• Knowledge of fuzzing, deterministic simulation, or advanced testing techniques.
