What you will do

• Provide a gold standard experience to your assigned accounts’ key stakeholders
• Work with the wider Operations team to enable a gold standard experience across teams
• Foster long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to hirify.global
• Collaborate on operational solutions for fraud, product adoption, and global expansion
• Lead user-facing meetings both in person and through video chat
• Create user-facing content for long-term solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in enterprise level client-facing work
• Strong product sense and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with APIs and SQL
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Adept client relationship management skills
