What you will do

• Manage the EU Activation Tracker and monitor deployment progress across regional priorities
• Build and implement the reporting deployment approach with the Market Success team
• Consolidate regional gaps and align with key stakeholders to support issue resolution
• Prepare accurate and clear reports and insights on campaign, portfolio, and CX performance
• Coordinate with regional, global, and internal partners to maintain high-quality reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in activation and coordination of omnichannel campaigns
• Strong marketing knowledge in campaign, portfolio, and CX deployment
• Ability to measure and analyse program and campaign effectiveness using data-driven metrics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
• Fluent Polish required
