• Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team including frontend, mobile, and backend developers
• Design and review system architecture aligned with product development goals
• Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing software engineering team
• Maintain high technical standards through processes and engineering culture
• Empower team members to make effective, independent decisions
• Manage people performance, provide coaching, and set clear expectations

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Redwood City, USA
• English: B2 level or higher
• 4+ years engineering management experience with proven leadership of technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in full-stack design, architecture decisions, and agile software development
• Strong coaching and team development skills
