TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Poland (Katowice, Kraków, Poznań, Opole, Wrocław, Lublin, Gdańsk, Warszawa)

What you will do

  • Manage all communication with client’s customers to resolve support tickets.
  • Handle day-to-day operations in Zendesk for communication and action tracking.
  • Contribute to the client’s knowledge base by documenting frequently asked questions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to resolve severe issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid from specified cities.
  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting web-based applications and reading system logs.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and basic understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, and databases.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Basic programming skills in Java, Python, or other languages.
