What you will do

• Design, prototype, and productionalize AI-driven systems using LLM and agentic frameworks.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to evolve prototypes into reusable components.
• Improve service reliability, scalability, and secure deployments.
• Prioritize fast delivery of value with a pragmatic, builder-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience with agentic or LLM application frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Practical cloud experience with GCP and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Git-based development.
• Impact-driven mindset focused on delivering value quickly.

Nice to have

• Understanding of observability fundamentals (metrics, logs, traces).
• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains.
