What you will do

• Acquire and upsell Enterprise-sized accounts to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through various prospecting methods and demos.
• Follow up on leads and collaborate with channel sales representatives to close deals.
• Articulate product value propositions and educate customers on improving their security posture.
• Negotiate subscription levels, multi-year deals, and pricing to increase ARR.
• Maintain accurate sales records and support renewal processes to grow accounts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
• 3+ years experience selling to Enterprise-sized businesses.
• Fluent in Japanese and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
