What you will do

• Design and implement Mistral’s EMEA alliance strategy.
• Negotiate and enhance partnership agreements.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for pipeline and co-selling activities.
• Manage partner enablement programs, including training and certification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GTM roles.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA SI ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor partnership performance.
