What you will do

  • Own and architect the developer sourcing strategy and BD funnel for the Accelerator.
  • Manage inbound and outbound pipelines, prioritize leads, and refine qualification frameworks.
  • Evaluate game products for commercial viability and growth potential.
  • Lead partnership negotiations and contract support with developers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with publishing, UA, creative, analytics, and product teams.
  • Track market trends and provide strategic input to improve sourcing and greenlight processes.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience (3–6+ years) in mobile gaming BD, publishing, UA, or partnerships.
  • Strong product sense with understanding of retention, LTV, monetization, and CPI dynamics.
  • Established industry connections and ability to source high-quality developer talent.
  • Clear and confident communication skills for engaging founders and senior teams.
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-moving, lean environment.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

  • Experience with mobile game publishing and user acquisition.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
