What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on renewals, upsells, and net revenue retention.
  • Consult clients on leveraging data and insights to drive strategic mobile app strategies and business decisions.
  • Deliver product education, onboarding, and ongoing training to maximize platform value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from analysts to C-level executives.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify account expansion and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and webinars as a trusted mobile market expert.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian (written and verbal) is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS, mobile gaming, or ad-tech in a client-facing account management or sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and conduct C-level strategic discussions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data solutions.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in French, German, Polish, or Ukrainian.
  • Prior experience working in distributed teams or across different time zones.
