What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for QA services across gaming and IT markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including producers, QA leads, and CTOs.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach through qualification and negotiation to closing.
• Represent the company at industry events both online and offline.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with client studios.
• Collaborate with internal QA teams to ensure service offerings align with current market needs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales within the tech or gaming sectors.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to operate within European time zones.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
