What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value strategic partners based on their ability to deliver mutual product value and expand ’s market reach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Lead the negotiation, structuring, and finalization of complex partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement partner onboarding, training, and communication strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record (4+ years) in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Management, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or MarTech/SalesTech environment.
- Strong commercial understanding of the SaaS and B2B go-to-market landscape, including experience with data providers and technology integrations.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract structuring skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable partnership initiatives and manage multiple complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
