Senior UI/UX Designer

What you will do

• Design high-quality interfaces and visual experiences for native mobile apps and web products.
• Collaborate with UX designers, illustrators, animators, storytellers, marketers, product, and development teams.
• Lead medium- to large-scale design projects from concept through execution.
• Mentor junior UX designers and help evolve design processes, tools, and systems.
• Document components and create usage guidelines for the design system.
• Present design rationale, incorporate feedback, and apply current design principles and trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX product design, primarily for native mobile apps and also for web.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent design craft with strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of the differences between Android and iOS experiences and their platform design languages.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Illustration or brand identity design experience.
• Motion design or UX copy strategy skills.
