Salary: $171,000 – $218,900 (Cash budget)

What you will do

• Define and execute the overall design vision and quality bar for the entire platform.
• Lead high-stakes design work, from discovery and research to prototyping and visual design.
• Own and evolve the design language, style guide, and component library.
• Develop and lead a lean, AI-leveraged design team through direct feedback and high standards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to determine the product roadmap.
• Utilize research, analytics, and customer feedback to drive data-informed design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a design leader at a product-led SaaS company within the last 5 years.
• Track record of owning design direction end-to-end, from discovery to shipped features.
• Hands-on design experience within the last 3 years (player-coach approach).
• Strong expertise in research, briefing, and product thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma and Whimsical.
• Preferred timezone: European or North American (up to East Coast).

Nice to have

• Domain experience in short-term rentals, travel, hospitality, or proptech.
