What you will do

  • Build trusted customer relationships with a customer-first mindset and technical expertise.
  • Respond quickly to technical support issues and coordinate backend resources to resolve problems.
  • Manage customer installations, upgrades, break-fix, and expansions ensuring smooth onsite engagements.
  • Lead regular customer review meetings and advocate for customer use cases and needs.
  • Submit and manage feature requests and bug reports with product marketing and development teams.
  • Lead and coordinate a pod of Customer Success team members to focus on customer priorities and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be fully remote based in the USA.
  • Customer obsessed with strong self-starting and time management skills.
  • Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, storage, and Linux system administration.
  • Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • MS or B.Sc. in CS, CE, EE or related fields preferred.
