What you will do
- Build trusted customer relationships with a customer-first mindset and technical expertise.
- Respond quickly to technical support issues and coordinate backend resources to resolve problems.
- Manage customer installations, upgrades, break-fix, and expansions ensuring smooth onsite engagements.
- Lead regular customer review meetings and advocate for customer use cases and needs.
- Submit and manage feature requests and bug reports with product marketing and development teams.
- Lead and coordinate a pod of Customer Success team members to focus on customer priorities and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be fully remote based in the USA.
- Customer obsessed with strong self-starting and time management skills.
- Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, storage, and Linux system administration.
- Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- MS or B.Sc. in CS, CE, EE or related fields preferred.
