Salary: $276,000-$414,000 annually depending on location and experience

What you will do

• Design and implement advertiser experiences and creator ads platform systems.
• Lead vision and strategy for next-generation infrastructure focusing on scalability and performance.
• Innovate new advertiser flows and creator marketplace products based on market trends and user needs.
• Collaborate with product management, design, data science, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Advocate for high availability, operational excellence, and cost management.
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in the specified US cities
• 10+ years of software development experience or equivalent advanced degrees with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience and setting technical direction.
• Experience architecting and developing distributed systems at scale.
• Strong programming, debugging, and performance analysis skills.
• Experience in ads domain and operating highly-available systems.

• Experience with cross-platform development.
