What you will do

• Provide HR support and respond to employment and contract inquiries, escalating as needed.
• Maintain HRIS with high accuracy and process new joiners and changes timely.
• Own and contribute to global HR projects such as engagement, training, and culture initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and people strategy.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll data accuracy, and liaise with payroll teams.
• Conduct audits to ensure employment files and systems are GDPR compliant and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Must be based in the APAC region and able to work remotely.
• Track record of exceptional academic achievement and preferably internship experience in HR within the technology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential data with flexibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
