What you will do

• Own POCs from start to finish, delivering high-quality results that impact sales cycles.
• Set up the team to complete POCs faster by automating and scaling best practices.
• Answer technical questions and build out templates for best-in-class solutions.
• Partner closely with GTM Engineers to ensure the right solutions are in place for sales.
• Empower enterprise customers by leveraging data providers and integrations.
• Gather and report customer feedback to engineering for improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a technical CX role.
• Experience with hirify.global, APIs, CRM integrations, and data workflows.
• Strong understanding of Revops and enterprise sales processes.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to translate technical details into business impact.
