What you will do
- Maintain and build annual plans including output goals, operational targets, and staffing levels
- Own quarterly forecasting, goaling, and capacity monitoring to optimize resourcing
- Lead go-to-market planning with Revenue Operations and FP&A teams
- Manage account segmentation, balancing, and territory planning initiatives
- Support goal-setting, KPI evaluation, and design role-based incentive plans
- Build and maintain departmental reporting suites to measure business performance
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Chicago, United States
- 7+ years experience in consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, revenue operations, or strategic finance
- 3+ years managing teams and building roadmaps
- Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
- Strong operational acumen with ability to model capacity and forecast performance

- Lean Six Sigma familiarity
