What you will do

• Lead development and execution of studio communication strategies and public narratives aligned with studio goals.
• Build and manage community engagement campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, marketing, player support, live operations, analytics, and publishing teams.
• Translate development information into clear, impactful messaging for product launches, live updates, and community materials.
• Support live game communications, issue management, and community sentiment monitoring.
• Leverage data, analytics, and player insights to optimize communication efforts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Woodland Hills, California, USA
• 8+ years experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology communications in global or multi-market organizations.
• Proven record in communications, social media strategies, and influencer engagement.
• Strong writing, messaging, and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for data-driven decision making and expertise in social listening and analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of Call of Duty, hirify.global, and the gaming industry preferred.
