What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap of multiple SaaS and software products.
• Manage supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, and performance.
• Ensure operational excellence through system cataloguing, governance, and smooth application integration.
• Support users with training, documentation, and service desk collaboration to maximize platform adoption.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and security standards.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid working with on-site presence in Plumstead, UK
• English: B2 level or higher
• 5+ years experience managing software applications or SaaS products.
• Strong product ownership, supplier management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification or similar.
• Experience delivering product or technical roadmaps.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
