What you will do

• Own the end-to-end coordination of executive briefings.
• Partner with account teams and senior stakeholders to define briefing goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal subject matter experts.
• Manage briefing logistics across North America.
• Oversee vendor relationships for briefing-related needs.
• Deliver premium customer experiences and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer marketing, event planning, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as part of a mobile briefing program.
