What you will do
- Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers and decision-makers.
- Provide technical thought leadership and articulate industry trends.
- Orchestrate technical engagement to ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Manage customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years of technical customer service experience.
- Ability to travel.
- Understanding of CSG’s competitive domain and technologies.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
