What you will do

• Provide leadership and management coaching to enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.
• Measure and monitor key HR metrics to support organizational growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to employees and leaders within the GTM teams.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to develop HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Support changes in processes for greater scalability.
• Provide employee relations guidance to minimize legal risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and as a HR Business Partner.
• 3+ years of experience as a strategic business partner in HR management.
• Experience in a matrix organization environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust.
• Resiliency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
