What you will do

  • Conduct follow-up calls and resolve operational conflicts and issues.
  • Identify and replicate best practices by engaging top performers within the community.
  • Coordinate scheduling for photoshoots by matching with available photographers.
  • Manage photographer performance through feedback, retraining, and follow-up.
  • Address rule compliance issues, escalating when necessary.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish and English C1 level communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
  • Mandatory experience within the food tech industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, including filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
  • Strong ownership of tasks, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
  • Possess a personal laptop/computer (at least 8Gb RAM) and stable internet (min 50 Mbps download/40 Mbps upload).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hubspot.
