What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy and end-to-end ownership of high-complexity events from planning to execution.
• Design scalable operational models, processes, and workflows from scratch (0→1).
• Translate partner requirements into actionable plans and design risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams to align execution plans.
• Oversee on-the-ground implementation and resolve critical operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar) or Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and lead projects independently.
• Builder mentality with the ability to create structure where none exists.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale physical operations.
• Exposure to the live events industry.
• Analytical skills, specifically proficiency in Excel and SQL.
