What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key life sciences clients in Foster City, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Lead strategic engagement planning, including scoping, resourcing, and project prioritization.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for new services, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure delivery excellence by coordinating with internal creative, digital, web, and omnichannel teams.
- Oversee engagement financials, including revenue, forecasting, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop local and offshore teams, aligning with global and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or program management in the life sciences industry.
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong client management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with ability to align client needs with business objectives.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize engagement profitability.
