Location: Hybrid (Tallinn/Tartu, Estonia)

What you will do
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Prospect outbound via calls, emails, and social selling
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage the full account lifecycle: onboarding, upselling, issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with Project Engineers and Estimators
- Keep CRM (Salesforce) and platform clean and up to date
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish
- Experience in outbound sales and growing revenue
- Basic engineering or manufacturing understanding
- Ability to work from Tallinn or Tartu office at least part of the week
