Location: Remote with employment in Slovenia, Romania, or Slovakia

What you will do

  • Co-create and prototype people-centered change experiences using design thinking and digital tools.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI to personalize change journeys and measure impact.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and learning communities to accelerate change.
  • Design for inclusion and sustainability, ensuring psychological safety and belonging.
  • Empower teams and stakeholders to lead change and foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
  • Map and influence organizational ecosystems to orchestrate change across systems.

Requirements

  • Employment in Slovenia, Romania, or Slovakia with remote work option.
  • Fluent English; CV must be submitted in English.
  • Experience in design thinking, systems thinking, and digital adoption strategies.
  • Background in behavioral science, organizational development, or digital transformation.
  • Ability to facilitate communities of practice and manage complex change initiatives.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and co-creation in change management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital adoption platforms, sentiment analysis, and feedback automation.
  • Practice in Agile, Lean Change, and co-creation methodologies.
  • Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
