Technical Agile Coach (Project Management): Coaching Scrum Masters and engineering teams to improve flow, collaboration, and delivery within the DevOps Center of Excellence with an accent on operational excellence and sustainable delivery at scale. Focus on mentoring improvement leaders, removing delivery friction, and aligning cross-team dependencies.

Location: Hybrid (Riga, Latvia)

Salary: € 4,000–€ 5,000 gross monthly

What you will do

• Coach Scrum Masters and teams to improve flow, collaboration, ownership, and practical delivery.
• Support teams in planning, dependency management, and the removal of delivery friction.
• Transform retrospectives, metrics, and observations into concrete, lasting operational improvements.
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters to help them grow into strong improvement leaders.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to influence how teams develop and succeed.
• Navigate complex environments with unclear ownership and varying agile maturity.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with agile ways of working in software engineering organizations.
• Proven track record of coaching Scrum Masters, engineering teams, and stakeholders in delivery effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and flow-based improvement applied pragmatically.
• Experience improving collaboration and alignment across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Ability to challenge teams constructively with empathy and a growth mindset.
• English: C1 level required for communication with international colleagues.
