What you will do

• Develop and align the organization around a long-term vision for hirify.global's global monetization platform.
• Create the product strategy, roadmap, and milestones spanning AI & Performance, Platform Extension, and Revenue Diversification.
• Lead, manage, and grow a team of product managers responsible for Advertiser Experience, Advertiser Outcomes, and Neighbor Ad Experience.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for insights around monetization across the ads ecosystem.
• Work closely with go-to-market, sales, and partnerships teams to identify clients for new feature pilots.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in product development, including 8+ years in product management/strategy.
• Strong track record of shipping world-class Monetization and Ads platforms.
• Deep expertise in ad tech, including optimization, performance metrics, and programmatic demand.
• Experience developing and scaling AI-driven products to improve user experience and drive performance.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and build new revenue streams beyond traditional advertising.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data, analyze results, and drive critical outcomes; excellent written and communication skills to senior executives.
