TL;DR

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own, develop, and execute the product strategy for end-to-end ad products.
  • Expand the technology footprint in the adtech ecosystem, including gaming categories.
  • Lead teams to build intuitive, engaging, and indispensable advertiser products.
  • Own the P&L for an ad product and contribute to key business metrics like revenue and RoAS.
  • Identify new market opportunities and technological advancements to drive innovation.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders from engineering and design to marketing and sales.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit with 0 to 1 experience, including in startup-like environments.
  • End-to-end adtech experience.
  • Experience taking products to market and driving adoption.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 7+ years of adtech experience, specifically in performance adtech.

Nice to have

  • In-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges).
  • Experience with various ad monetization models (impression-based, click-based, performance-based).
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on advertising.
  • Familiarity with different ad formats (display, video, native, in-game ads).
  • Mobile adtech experience.
