VP of Product (Salesforce, AI)

Focus on coaching product managers and designers, building stakeholder alignment, and integrating AI tools to enhance product design and development.

Location: This position is hybrid, based in Colorado, with an expectation to be in-office 2-3 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are core team days). For exceptional candidates, remote work within the US is considered, with occasional travel to Denver for team collaboration.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 (yearly)

• Champion the adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance product design and development.
• Evolve the structure and focus of the product team as company needs change.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Salesforce ecosystem or ISV experience required.
• Track record of growing and evolving product teams in mid-sized companies.
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX practices, customer research methods, and collaborative design workflows.
• Experience integrating AI tools or approaches into product development or the product itself.
• Effective coach and mentor, especially for emerging managers.
