Salary: $135,000–$175,000 annualized, plus meaningful equity grant.

What you will do
- Support strategic initiatives and new product launches by conducting opportunity sizing and developing business cases.
- Analyze data to assess ecosystem health, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Lead the quarterly outlook process for forecasting user growth and neighbor engagement.
- Establish and manage key metrics underpinning product performance, monitoring and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop executive and Board-facing materials, contributing to earnings narratives and strategic updates.
- Participate in in-person company events and contribute to hirify.global’s company culture.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in analytical or strategic roles (e.g., BizOps, Strategy, Consulting, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Data Science).
- Proficiency with large datasets and tools such as Databricks and Looker, with the ability to conduct deep-dive analyses.
- Experience building financial models, including product P&Ls and operating forecasts.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to distill complex concepts and trends into actionable insights.
- A bias towards action, strong work ethic, and superb product and business sense.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model near one of hirify.global's offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or London.
