What you will do

• Lead product management for digital and omnichannel engagement products including Email, SMS, Social Messaging, and Visual Engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and partners to define and drive the product roadmap and launches.
• Manage and grow a team of product managers.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product features.
• Define key metrics and track product success.
• Partner with technology companies to enhance product functionality.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States or within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA for hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of product management experience; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in product management for digital engagement or cloud contact center products.
• Experience with digital channel engagement and applying AI/LLM technologies.
• 3+ years managing product management teams.
• Strong business acumen, strategic abilities, and communication skills.
