What you will do
- Implement sales strategies through a rotational program across sales disciplines including inside sales and account management.
- Support customers by understanding their needs and creating tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute account strategies to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from engineering to marketing to translate technical expertise into commercial success.
- Grow leadership and communication skills through workshops, mentoring, and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate during program rotations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.
- Genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation.
- Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, or engineering firms preferred.
