What you will do

  • Implement sales strategies through a rotational program across sales disciplines including inside sales and account management.
  • Support customers by understanding their needs and creating tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from engineering to marketing to translate technical expertise into commercial success.
  • Grow leadership and communication skills through workshops, mentoring, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate during program rotations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.
  • Genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation.
  • Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, or engineering firms preferred.
