What you will do
- Set goals for specific accounts and manage customer escalations.
- Coordinate multiple sites to exceed customer expectations.
- Own results of pre-sales, post-sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with customers at executive levels.
- Drive efficiency programs and improve communication across teams.
- Track risks and report to the business accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in sales/account/customer success management.
- Experience in IT and Data Center services.
- Knowledge of AI/GPUs is a plus.
- Strong operations, technical, and relationship management skills.
