TL;DR
Senior Cloud Engineer (Gaming): Designing, implementing, and maintaining backend platform infrastructure architecture with an accent on scalability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency. Focus on leading the transition to Infrastructure as Code, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability for live-service games.
Location: Onsite in Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain backend platform infrastructure architecture.
- Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, performant, and cost-efficient.
- Lead the transition and expansion of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure developer experience and service stability.
- Support team members, fostering an inclusive environment of growth and development.
- Champion cost-efficient service operation and backend infrastructure scaling for high availability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure (preferably GCP).
- Experience with Redis, Memcache, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Professional experience with Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Google Cloud Monitoring.
- Experience with Cloudflare DNS and Cloudflare DDoS protection products.
- A passion and interest in gaming.
