• Develop and maintain a strategic sector roadmap in collaboration with the Director of Research.
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing Directed Content projects.
• Own expert budget management for your sector to maximize content ROI.
• Oversee a structured QA process for transcript accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with various teams to monitor engagement data and identify coverage gaps.
• Implement AI-enabled tools to improve project throughput and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, or consulting within Energy & Industrials.
• Deep domain expertise in Energy & Industrials with knowledge of key players and trends.
• Proven people management experience leading teams of project managers or analysts.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong command of project economics and budget management.
• Understanding of compliance and confidentiality standards.
