What you will do

• Own and manage planning of the critical and complex substrate capacity network.
• Partner with stakeholders and suppliers to define long-range capacity strategy considering product roadmaps and factory capabilities.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven analysis.
• Forecast product requirements and develop capacity strategies to meet business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute capacity roadmap plans.
• Monitor project performance and adjust strategies to mitigate risks and ensure supply commitments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 6+ years experience or advanced degrees with relevant experience.
• 3+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, especially substrate or advanced packaging technologies.
• Experience with strategic roadmaps and translating objectives into milestones.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. degree with 4+ years experience.
• Experience in fabless environment supply chain or external manufacturing.
• Managing complex multi-tier supplier networks.
• Experience developing and implementing planning methodologies.
• Working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
